My late mother always liked to dress smartly. This photo was taken on a day trip to Southport. She’s with her cousin – it’s amazing how dressed up they are. Today it would be jeans and trainers. My mother often shopped at C&A, so I believe this is where the coat was from. She also loved her high heels.
