Fit for a queen

The dress code for a VIP reception at Buckingham Palace for ambassadors, world leaders and diplomats was ‘white tie’. The elegant full-length lace gown was designed by Angela Kelly, the Queen’s personal stylist, and worn with emeralds, including a tiara inherited from her grandmother Queen Mary.
