Lean and loving it

I enjoyed Get lean with Lucy [October issue]. Lucy’s enviably toned body is a BIG incentive for me to work hard and get a trim physique. I liked her full-body HIIT workout as it was easy to follow and as each day went by, I felt like it was getting easier to complete. I really felt like it was doing me some good and I have a feeling that this plan holds the key to a fitter, stronger and healthier me! Thank you Lucy and Women’s fitness! Louise cooper, Devon
