Own­ing a dog could have a pos­i­tive ef­fect on your health. Re­search con­ducted by Vi­tal­i­ty­health has dis­cov­ered that 32 per cent of dog own­ers ex­er­cise for at least half an hour ev­ery day, in com­par­i­son to only 22 per cent of all UK adults. On top of that, Labrador own­ers are gen­er­ally the fittest dog own­ers, with 64 per cent stat­ing that they do more than 30 min­utes of ex­er­cise a day.
