Q i’ve no­ticed my di­ges­tion is worse when I’m train­ing for an event. Why is that?

A We all know that ex­er­cise is good for us, but re­search re­cently found that those who train at a high in­ten­sity for more than two hours a day were at an in­creased risk of gut dam­age and re­duced gut func­tion. So, if you no­tice the signs, keep an eye on your diet and seek ad­vice so you can train and keep your gut happy.
