Most commercial gyms don’t offer strongman equipment, but there are certain moves you could try using kettlebell­s and tyres, if your gym has them. Team up with some buddies, and try farmer’s walks carrying heavy kettlebell­s, tyre flips and clean and presses with a barbell or sandbag. Make sure you go through each move slowly focusing on good form before starting a circuit, for which you should then perform a minute of each move taking no rest. Take a minute’s rest after a whole circuit has been completed before repeating it all over for a total of three sets. Always focus on form rather speed or intensity.
