Technique

Start in a high plank position with your hands shoulderwi­dth apart, your feet hip-width apart and spine neutral. Draw one knee towards your chest without letting the foot of that leg touch the floor – your other leg should be out straight with your weight on the ball of the foot. Quickly switch legs, so that the other one is drawn towards your body and the other outstretch­ed. Count left and right knees coming towards your chest as one rep and perform 20 reps.
