KETTLEBELL THRUSTER

Technique
Stand with your feet shoulderwidth apart and your chest up proud, gripping the kettlebell just underneath your chin. Descend into a squat with your weight on your heels and chest remaining up to prevent yourself from slouching forwards. Once you reach the bottom of the squat explode upwards into the top position of the squat while simultaneously pressing the kettlebell up over your head.
