Fig sticks
Makes about 12 sticks
♦ 200g dried figs, stalks removed ♦ 100g pitted Medjool dates ♦ 100g whole raw almonds ♦ 50g coconut oil, melted ♦ 2tbsp honey ♦ 50g desiccated coconut

a blender or food processor, blend all the ingredients except for the desiccated coconut until combined. Place the desiccated coconut on a small plate. 2Take
out a large spoonful of the mixture and shape it into a small sausage or stick shape, then roll in the desiccated coconut. Repeat with the rest of the mixture. Put in the fridge to set.
