Makes 12 pieces or 18 balls ♦ 200g whole raw almonds ♦ 100g desiccated coconut ♦ 100g coconut oil, melted ♦ 50g dried raspberrie­s ♦ 4tbsp honey or maple syrup ♦ Raspberry powder, to dust

a blender or food processor, blend all the ingredient­s together until combined. Shape the mixture into 12 small pieces or 18 balls, dust with raspberry powder and place in the fridge to set.
