Raspberry pieces or balls
Makes 12 pieces or 18 balls ♦ 200g whole raw almonds ♦ 100g desiccated coconut ♦ 100g coconut oil, melted ♦ 50g dried raspberries ♦ 4tbsp honey or maple syrup ♦ Raspberry powder, to dust

a blender or food processor, blend all the ingredients together until combined. Shape the mixture into 12 small pieces or 18 balls, dust with raspberry powder and place in the fridge to set.
