Per­form a minute of each ex­er­cise in cir­cuit 1 one af­ter the other with­out rest. Then, rest for 1-2 min­utes de­pend­ing on your level and move on to cir­cuit 2, fol­low­ing the same for­mat. Re­peat 2-3 times.
