LATERAL LUNGE TO HOP

Areas trained: GLUTES, QUADS, HAMSTRINGS, CORE, BACK

Technique

Take a large step out to the side, bending your lead leg to touch the floor with your opposite hand. Push back up, taking your lead knee up high as you hop up at the top of the movement. Land straight into another rep and repeat, completing all reps on one side before doing the same on the other to complete a full set.
