Areas trained: HAMSTRINGS, GLUTES, QUADS, CORE

Technique

With both feet on one side of the bench, hold either side of the top of the bench with both hands. Jump both feet over to the other side of the bench, land softly and repeat in the opposite direction. Continue alternatin­g for each rep.
