(a) Kneel on all fours, mak­ing sure your shoul­ders are over your wrists and your hips are over your knees. This will be your start­ing po­si­tion for each ex­er­cise of the warm-up.

(b) Lift your right knee off the floor and straighten your leg out be­hind you, tap­ping your toe to the floor.

(c) Bring your knee straight back in – but don’t let it rest on the floor. Keep it go­ing.
