JUMP SQUAT

(a) Stand with your feet wide, toes slightly turned out and arms extended out in front of your chest with your palms together. Lower into a squat.

(b) Push through your heels into a high straight-legged jump while swinging your arms back and squeezing your glutes. Land back in a squat then go again immediatel­y. Yep, this one’s a killer.
