PLANK TO SQUAT

-

(a) Start in a high plank with your shoulders over your wrists and your body in a straight line from your head to your heels.

(b) Jump your feet up so they land slightly turned out, a little wider than your hands.

(c) Extend your arms out in front of you so you’re in a deep squat. Then reverse the movement, placing your hands back down on the floor and jumping your feet back into a high plank. Now off you go.
