BOX JUMP

(a) Stand in front of a plyo box with your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart, then send your hips back and lower into a partial squat, extending your arms.

(b) Push through your heels and thrust your hips forwards to jump in the air, landing in a squat on the box. Then hop back down and repeat. Sounds easy. It’s not.
