Nope, not a stretch, but an im­por­tant – and of­ten ne­glected – mus­cle group. Found in the hip area, they help you lift your knees and bend at the waist. If they’re tight, they’ll limit your mo­bil­ity. Stretch them out with a glute bridge. Lie on your back with your knees bent and lift your hips off the floor, press­ing through your heels. Hold briefly, then lower and re­peat.
