Nope, not a stretch, but an important – and often neglected – muscle group. Found in the hip area, they help you lift your knees and bend at the waist. If they’re tight, they’ll limit your mobility. Stretch them out with a glute bridge. Lie on your back with your knees bent and lift your hips off the floor, pressing through your heels. Hold briefly, then lower and repeat.
