Three cups of coffee a day could reduce your risk of death by cardiovasc­ular disease by 19%, according to a new analysis published in JAMA Internal Medicine. And it gets better for the latte lovers among us – research in the British Medical Journal found that necking lots of coffee was associated with an 18% lower risk of cancer, compared with drinking a little or none at all.
