INGREDIENT­S

For the smoothie: 2 frozen bananas • 2 tbsp cashew butter • 2 tbsp yoghurt (soya, coconut or dairy) • 4 ice cubes • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon For the toppings: ½ banana, sliced • 100g frozen blueberrie­s • 10g bee pollen (optional) • 40g cashew butter

METHOD

1. Place the smoothie ingredient­s in a blender and blitz until completely smooth, with the consistenc­y of sorbet.

2. Tip the mixture into a bowl and top with the banana, blueberrie­s and bee pollen, then drizzle over the cashew butter. Just make sure you take the sharp bit out before you lick the blender, yeah?
