INGREDIENTS
For the smoothie: 2 frozen bananas • 2 tbsp cashew butter • 2 tbsp yoghurt (soya, coconut or dairy) • 4 ice cubes • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon For the toppings: ½ banana, sliced • 100g frozen blueberries • 10g bee pollen (optional) • 40g cashew butter
METHOD
1. Place the smoothie ingredients in a blender and blitz until completely smooth, with the consistency of sorbet.
2. Tip the mixture into a bowl and top with the banana, blueberries and bee pollen, then drizzle over the cashew butter. Just make sure you take the sharp bit out before you lick the blender, yeah?
