1. Joëlle Ciocco Botanical Lotion, £20.65

I use this in the morning after rinsing my face with water. It closes up the pores, protecting the complexion from any environmental aggressors and essentially helping to stop dirt getting in.

2. Lumity Morning & Night Food Supplements, £90

These help your body to function 24/7. The morning capsules have vitamins C and E, zinc and selenium to protect against oxidative stress; the night ones have omega-3 and amino acids to support skin and hair health.

3. Sarah Chapman Skinesis Eye Recovery, £44

This lighter eye cream for daytime has a Botox-like effect that works fast to reduce puffiness, smooth fine lines and banish dark circles. Another plus is that it doesn’t move make-up around.

4. Dr Sam’s Flawless Cleanser, £16

It’s important to give skin a really good clean at the end of the day, and Dr Sam’s cleanser will take off any dirt, sunscreen and even cosmetics if I don’t have make-up remover handy. It’s suitable for acneprone skin too.

5. Joëlle Ciocco Perfecting Lotion, £23.34

Suitable for all skin types, this gentle toner gives the skin a second cleanse, while lightly moisturising and controlling any excess sebum. Not only that, it leaves it feeling incredibly soft, too.

6. Decléor Aromessence Neroli Amara Hydrating Oil Serum, £48

This non-shiny natural serum has been one of my skincare favourites for a long time. It smells great and gives weary skin a welcome hit of hydration, helping it to look more radiant come morning.
