Re­searchers at the Univer­sity of Bris­tol found that a 90-minute snooze (that’s one full sleep cy­cle) may en­hance the way you process in­for­ma­tion once you’re awake. If nap­ping un­der your desk doesn’t go down well, other re­search has found a link be­tween cog­ni­tive func­tion and a 10-minute brisk walk. Un­til uni­ver­sal nap pods are a thing, the trip to Pret will have to do.
