TRICEP EXTENSION TO SQUAT
Stand with your feet just wider than hip-width apart, holding a 6kg dumbbell overhead with both arms. Bend your elbows to lower the weight behind your head. As you extend back up, lower into a squat.
TRICEP SUPERSET
Standing by a bench, hold a 4kg dumbbell in each hand and do 10 tricep extensions, then place the weights on the floor and perform 10 tricep dips.
