BREAK­FAST: 2 slices of whole­grain toast, topped with 2 heaped tbsp al­mond but­ter and chia jam

LUNCH: Sweet potato jack­ets with tuna DIN­NER: Broc­coli and bean soup

SNACK: 30g dark choco­late

Chia jam

IN­GRE­DI­ENTS

4 tbsp chia seeds • 1 heaped tsp beet­root pow­der • 100ml Press Lon­don Or­chard 1 Straw­berry, Ap­ple, Lemon, Mint juice or any red fruit juice

METHOD

1. In a bowl, stir the chia seeds and beet­root pow­der through the straw­berry juice. Let this thicken for 5 mins, stir­ring reg­u­larly.
