Targets: Full body (a) Holding the ball close to your chest with both hands and keeping your back straight, slowly lower into a deep squat.

(b) Channel your inner Michael Jordan and explode straight up into a jump, pushing the ball directly up above your head. Lower it back down to your chest as you land in a squat.
