Targets: Core, abs (a) Sit on the floor with your knees bent and your feet hovering just off the ground, holding the ball with both hands in front of your chest.

Lean back 45°, keeping your spine straight. Rotate your torso to the left and tap the ball on the floor.

Pass the ball over your body to tap it down on the right side. Repeat.
