(a) Lie on your back with your shoulders raised and your fingers on your temples, feet hovering just off the ground. Crunching your abs, draw your left knee up towards your waist while twisting through your torso to bring your right elbow to meet it.

(b) Repeat the motion on the opposite side, moving fluidly.
