Targets: Chest, shoulders, lats

(a) Standing in boxing stance with your feet wide and knees slightly bent, hold a resistance loop in both hands, wrapped around your shoulders. Bend your elbows back so your fists are in line with your body.

(b) Explode your arms out in front, then return to the start.
