A typical day: Starts with me answering emails and prepping for any Skype consultations. I then go into clinic mode, treating clients with all sorts of conditions.

Skincare philosophy: Skincare is more than just a beauty regime. Optimum skin health calls for a holistic approach – take into account your diet and lifestyle and look to incorporate supplementation in the form of marine collagen, biotin, B vitamins and antioxidants.

Skincare non-negotiable: No face wipes. They don’t cleanse thoroughly, rarely live up to their moisturising promises and they’re bad for the environment.

Personal skincare concern? Healthy ageing (rather than anti-ageing). 1 | Osmosis Catalyst AC-11 DNA Repair Serum, £120.50

I use this serum every morning. It contains vitamin C, amino acids and minerals to boost collagen and elastin production, and also triggers DNA repair.

2 | Marie Reynolds London Epidermal Blanket, £160

It’s been two years since I last used a moisturiser. My unique oil and serum duo contain antioxidants and mimic the skin’s natural lipid barrier to protect, nourish and calm the complexion. I apply it with the copper wand, which is anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and encourages healing. 3 | Avène Tinted Mineral Fluid SPF50+, £17.50

This is a beautiful and natural SPF, formulated using only mineral-based filters that sit on the skin and reflect UV rays. It doesn’t clog the pores and gives a lovely sheen, too. 4 | Osmosis Rescue Epidermal Repair Serum, £113.50 Another favourite of mine. When I apply this serum, it honestly feels like every cell in my skin is breathing. It contains trioxolane, an amazing ingredient that can neutralise toxins in the skin while calming inflammation and improving texture.

5 | Cosmedix Cell ID Nutritive Defense Serum, £110.07

I layer serums in the evening, too. This one contains growth factors, enzymes, antioxidants and amino acids to boost skin cell energy and aid the repair that happens as you sleep.

| Radara Rejuvenating Micro-channelling Eye System, £165

This is a 28-day regime to treat crow’s feet. The eye patches have minute polymer structures (like tiny needles) that create micro channels – you wear them with the hyaluronic acid serum provided for five minutes to boost hydration and stimulate collagen.
