A typical day: My mornings usually start with a healthy smoothie, then I’ll head to work, where I run the spa and offer facials. After work, I’ll go for a swim in the hotel’s lake, then have dinner alfresco.

Skincare philosophy: If you have skin issues, look at your eating habits first and your skincare routine second. Skincare non-negotiable:

Microneedling. I can’t live without it. Personal skincare concern:

Sleep lines and jawline acne.

1 | Edition Edelweiss Milky Cleanser, £23.25

This creamy cleanser works amazingly well to remove everything on the skin without leaving a residue – and it’s great for sensitive skin. I use it in the shower. I love it so much, we use it in all our treatments.

2 | L:A Bruket Broccoli Seed Serum, £41

This detoxifies skin cells and provides long-lasting defence against the sun. A compound found in broccoli seed helps to protect skin from UV radiation. I love feeding my skin clean, organic serums, and this one’s a favourite.

3 | Edition Edelweiss Day Cream SPF15, £56.48

Edelweiss is an adaptogenic plant, so the cream helps the skin function and protect itself against all environments. It keeps my skin strong and calm, whether I’m in London or in Austria in the middle of winter.

4 | The Teresa Tarmey Programme, £350

I’m obsessed with Teresa Tarmey’s kit. I use the roller and peptide serum on my sleep lines and those around my lips and eyes, and it really does make them disappear. It’s my skincare insurance. People need to stop being so scared about microneedling!

5 | Kiki Health Organic Turmeric Powder, £9.95

This is magic dust. After microneedling, I mix it with coconut oil and put it on my chest and any sun damage on my face. I leave it for an hour or so and wash it off before bed. I’m a big believer in raw natural ingredients – this is an anti-ageing power tool.

6 | Omorovicza Miracle Facial Oil, £82

I use this every night. It contains bakuchiol, a natural alternative to retinol [make your way directly to p96 for more on this], and it genuinely keeps my spots away and stops my skin from getting dehydrated. I never feel oily with it on and it sinks in fast, too.
