WARM-UPS are included in your HIIT sessions for a reason, so don’t skip them. It’s imperative that you spend 5 to 10 mins warming up with gentle stretches and mobility exercises to avoid injury.

If you’re pregnant, speak to your doctor before joining in with the challenge.

HIIT can place a lot of stress on the body. If you’re concerned about your levels of stress or you’re experienci­ng symptoms of poor psychologi­cal wellbeing, consult your GP before starting this programme.

If you’ve suffered an injury or battle with knee or back pain, consult your physio or GP before starting this regime.
