1 raw egg (shell optional) • 50ml tart cherry juice •

1 banana • 1 scoop vanilla plant protein powder • 250ml oat milk

METHOD

1 | In a blender, combine the egg (you can do it), juice, banana and protein powder, and blitz until well combined. 2 | Add the oat milk and whizz again until it’s reached your desired consistenc­y. Slurp through a metal straw, or spoon from a bowl: the choice is yours.
