According to our survey results, those aged 45 and older were more likely to speak to someone they love on the phone once a week than those aged 18 to 34, while the younger group were more likely to have a weekly video call than the older group. And you’re all interacting virtually less than you were at the start of the pandemic – three quarters of you are no longer communicating with loved ones this way, be that because you’ve grown tired of it or because the quizzes and catch-ups have all dried up.
