Q. What do you do when you feel lonely?

Almost two thirds of you have sought to treat loneliness by turning to the media. But while 46% of you said you would message a friend when you felt lonely, only 39% said you would pick up the phone. When it comes to social media… it’s complicate­d. While some of you said it increased your feelings of loneliness, others told us it made you feel more connected.
