01 PRESS-UP WITH ROTATION -

Targets: Chest, shoulders, triceps, obliques, core (a) Start in a press-up position with your hands shoulder-width apart. Engage your core and keep your back straight.

(b) Inhale and bend your elbows, keeping them close to your sides, to lower yourself towards the ground. (c) Exhale as you press through your palms to push back up to press-up position, then raise your right hand towards the ceiling, letting your gaze follow your fingertips so your torso rotates open slightly. Set the hand back down and repeat, alternatin­g sides.
