05 FOLDOVER HAMSTRING CURL -

Targets: Hamstrings (a) Stand behind your chair in first position, with your forearms on the back of the chair, as you did in move 4.

(b) Lift your right leg as before, maintainin­g the turnout and keeping a soft bend in your left knee. (c) Keeping your right leg lifted as high as you can, bend at the knee so your heel draws in towards your glutes. Extend the leg again, then repeat. Keep working for 20 secs.
