Yeo Valley’s new pot (made from 100% recycled and recyclable packaging, no less) harbours an organic yog that’s undergone a ‘kerning’ process – essentially, just thickening it up using a super fine sieve to isolate the whey, which boosts its protein content and removes some of the lactose found naturally in milk. ‘Natural yoghurt is a rich source of probiotic live cultures and choosing one without added sugar is great if you’re watching your intake,’ says Rabess.
