WHO? Peter Maciver, aka Pmac – level 4 PT and yoga teacher who runs an online coaching business.

ON THE CV: Pmac has 14 years of experience as a PT, as well as nine years teaching yoga. His workout wisdom has secured him a loyal clientele, including WH cover star Rochelle Humes, who was confident enough to go nude for the nation in our photo shoot. Fun fact: he once placed in the top 20 in LA’S Yoga Asana World Championships.
