ON THE CV: With postgraduate degrees in both dietetics and nutrition and human nutrition, Tai knows everything there is to know about how best to fuel your body. She’s currently a doctoral researcher in food and nutritional sciences, too. One of her specialties is the way in which nutrition and diet supports women’s health, which makes her a nonnegotiable in our line-up.
