ON THE CV: With postgradua­te degrees in both dietetics and nutrition and human nutrition, Tai knows everything there is to know about how best to fuel your body. She’s currently a doctoral researcher in food and nutritiona­l sciences, too. One of her specialtie­s is the way in which nutrition and diet supports women’s health, which makes her a nonnegotia­ble in our line-up.

LOOKING FORWARD TO… Seeing a diverse range of fermented foods being promoted. While many factors affect gut health, including fermented foods in the diet is known to support it.
