WARM-UP PREPARATIO­N T-SPINE ROTATION

Targets: Spine mobility, core, stability Do: 2 sets of 10 reps on each side

(a) Get on to all fours and move your hips back so that they’re almost above your ankles. Keep your left hand on the floor and bend your right arm to place your hand over your ear.

(b) Rotate your torso and turn your head to look to the right, at the same time as opening your chest. Return to start and repeat for 10 reps, before switching sides.
