A typical day

I wake up at 8.15am as I tend to work late and rarely get to bed before 1am. I’ll start the day by checking Dizziak’s Instagram, then put my phone aside for 30 minutes to be still with my thoughts. I sip on hot water and lemon followed by a coffee and by 8.45am I’m in my workout gear at my laptop. I’ll do an hour of emails before going for a run, then do an online workout followed by stretching. I’ll have a banana, shower and be ready for 11am and will carry on with emails until 2pm. Next, I’ll head to M&S to buy lunch and dinner. I eat what I fancy that day and don’t plan, but in the week I stick to a vegan diet so it’s usually salads. At 6pm, I break for dinner and watch the news. In the evening, I put on music and work on ideas for the business. I’ll plan shoots and social media concepts, and write press quotes. I enjoy this part of the day as there’s no pressure and my mind can drift. At 9pm, I switch to ‘me’ time and will research holidays, do some online shopping or call friends. I’ll then read a book or watch some TV. I’m a night owl so have to force myself to go to bed.

Skincare philosophy

Keep it simple and make sure you give your products enough time to work and provide you with results before you switch to something else.

Skincare non-negotiable

Taking my make-up off at night. Even if I’ve not worn make-up, I still use a cleanser as I can’t bear the thought of going to bed with ‘London’ on my face.

Main skincare concern

My main struggle is with scarring after spots. I don’t stress too much over it or do anything major. I cover them and they fade eventually.
