HOW WE TEST

Our 14-strong panel of seasoned weighted-blanket users tested 10 heavy throws, with each one sent to at least three testers who used them for at least three days and nights. After this trial period, the panel provided feedback on their experiences, awarding scores for comfort, design and if they felt the weighted blanket aided relaxation.
