Missing several key defenders, Arsenal beat champions Chelsea 2-1 in the FA Cup Final. In his first start of the season, Arsenal skipper Per Mertesacker had a fine game, although there was more than a hint of handball – and appeals for offside – about Alexis Sanchez’s opener.
