A year after becoming the youngest goalscorer in Barcelona’s history, the 17-year-old winger did the same for Spain. Fati made his international debut in a 1-1 draw with Germany, then three days later scored against Ukraine – breaking the 95-year-old record held by Juan Errazquin.

PSG SUPPORTERS
French police made over 150 arrests in Paris following the Champions League final, as Paris Saint-Germain fans broke out into violence. More than 5,000 people gathered at the Champs-Elysees to watch the game, but after the defeat vehicles were set on fire, windows broken and shops vandalised.
GIANNI INFANTINO
In spite of the fact that he is still being investigated by Swiss authorities, FIFA’s Ethics Committee has cleared its president of any alleged breaches. Infantino’s relationship with Swiss Attorney-General Michael Lauber is under investigation.
TONI LEISTNER
On his return to former club Dynamo Dresden, and on the receiving end of a 4-1 loss, the Hamburg defender launched himself into the crowd to confront a group of fans. “I was verbally abused from the stands. I can usually cope with it. But this was extremely and massively below the belt, against my family,” he wrote on Instagram.
