The intelligent, tricky and goal-hungry right-winger was an integral part of the Romania side that reached the semifinals of the 2019 European Under-21 finals in Italy. Prior to joining Parma in the January transfer window, he was unstoppable for FCSB in the first half of 2020-21, scoring 14 Romanian League goals and making another 12. Has been a senior international since 2018, playing six games.
