Emerging from the shadow of his twin brother Oscar, a talented left-footed playmaker, Angel is a busy right-footed striker able to play wide or through the middle. Paraguay have been short of goals, yet Romero scored four of the six they managed in the first four rounds of World Cup qualifying. His first international goals came in 2014; now, it seems, he may have found his feet at this level.
