(1940-2021)

The former Scotland midfielder left Dundee in 1960 to join Everton, and was a key player as the Toffees won their first post-war silverware, including the league title in 1963 and FA Cup in 1966. Later played almost 200 league games for Southampton, before ending his career in America with Seattle Sounders and San Jose Earthquakes.
