Amazingly the Ukraine U21 keeper has now appeared in three of the last four UEFA Youth League campaigns, looking the part in every one with his agility, strong hands, composure, speed off his line and sweeper-keeper ability. In 2020-21, when Dynamo didn’t take part in the competition, he made his Champions League debut instead, filling in brilliantly for No.1 Georgiy Bushchan in a 2-1 defeat to Barcelona.
