It was only after many delays, which saw the game flirt with four different consoles, that Kameo stumbled out of Development Hell as a 360 launch title. On a technical level, the wait was worth it. The huge power boost provided by the 360’s multicore Xenon processor and Xenos GPU led to an adventure that could render thousands of onscreen enemies, producing the sort of Dynasty Warriors- shaming spectacle the original Xbox could never have powered.
