What’s she like in port and at anchor?
To anchor, first you’ll need the optional bow roller, which sits to port, clear of the retractable bowsprit. She might not have the most practical cockpit for al fresco dining but she does offer plenty of places to sit and relax. The aft cockpit area makes a good platform from which to swim or to board a dinghy, and the removable bathing ladder is simple to fit in place. If you go in without deploying it, there’s an emergency ladder accessible from the water. Down below, ventilation is alright, but the opening hatches above the cooker and chart table are a bit small. How bright the white interior would be under Mediterranean sunshine has yet to be seen, hopefully it will be bright without being blinding – anyone wishing to sleep in the saloon would need to fit blinds. The heads is a little small for this length of boat and the shower pulls out from the tap spout.
